Skills Gap Solutions
Pick the level that best fits your sustainability journey, from awareness to action, accreditation, and ongoing professional growth.
Each stage builds on the last, combining microlearning, immersive experiences, and accredited training to help individuals and teams develop the confidence and competence to create real change.
-
Build awareness and spark engagement.
Essentials introduces core sustainability concepts in short, accessible bursts of learning designed for busy professionals.
Through the Skills Gap Learning Hub, learners explore key topics such as net zero, circular economy, and social sustainability, all in concise microlearning formats that make complex ideas easy to grasp and apply.Designed for groups of up to 20 learners, Essentials helps organisations raise baseline awareness, align understanding, and start embedding sustainability language and culture across teams.
Best for organisations beginning their sustainability journey or seeking to create consistent knowledge across different departments.
-
Bridge the gap between knowing and doing.
Applied Practice turns sustainability knowledge into lived experience. Through interactive Serious Game workshops, participants tackle realistic challenges, experiment with decisions, and collaborate to create practical solutions that last.Designed for groups of 10–15 learners, these sessions immerse teams in authentic sustainability scenarios where decisions have consequences, but in a safe, engaging environment that encourages exploration and reflection.
1-hour session: Play a Serious Game to test decisions in realistic sustainability scenarios.
2-hour session: Includes the 1-hour gameplay plus co-creation of a tailored version for ongoing use within your organisation.
Both options include access to Level 1 Essentials, providing microlearning that reinforces knowledge and supports behaviour change beyond the workshop.
Best for teams ready to apply learning, test their decision-making, and drive change in practice.
-
From insight to impact, the complete sustainability learning journey.
Professional Recognition builds on the Essentials and Applied Practice levels, combining accredited technical training, diagnostics, and immersive learning to create a joined-up pathway from awareness to accredited competence.Designed for groups of 10–15 learners, the experience begins with a pre-course Serious Game, where participants navigate realistic sustainability challenges to reveal how they make decisions before any formal learning begins. Alongside this, each learner completes a diagnostic toolkit to assess their confidence and perceived knowledge, helping compare how they think they’d respond against how they actually perform.
Learners then progress through an accredited Foundation Certificate, supported by microlearning to reinforce understanding and embed key principles. A post-course Serious Game immerses them back into similar scenarios, exploring how their decisions and confidence have evolved while strengthening competence and psychological safety.
Finally, each participant re-takes the diagnostic toolkit to measure growth in knowledge and confidence. They receive a personalised CPD roadmap, outlining targeted learning opportunities to plug remaining skills gaps and sustain long-term development.
Best for organisations seeking measurable progress, credible recognition, and confident sustainability champions across their workforce.
-
Measure progress. Sustain growth.
The Professional Development Programme runs throughout every level of learning, ensuring development is continuous, personalised, and measurable. It provides the structure and insight needed to turn new knowledge into long-term professional growth. Each learner begins with a baseline diagnostic to understand their current confidence and capability. As learning progresses, they receive personalised CPD recommendations aligned to their goals and areas for improvement. A follow-up diagnostic then tracks development, highlighting how confidence and competence have evolved.
Throughout the journey, microlearning reinforces key themes, keeping sustainability knowledge fresh and relevant.
Best for individuals looking to strengthen their career progression, bridge skills gaps, and maintain ongoing professional growth in sustainability.
